What are wrinkles?
Wrinkles are creases, folds or ridges in the skin. Wrinkles fall into two categories: dynamic and static. Dynamic wrinkles develop from repeated facial movements. For example, if you pucker your lips around a straw (or cigarettes) frequently, you’re more likely to develop lip lines from the movements. Static wrinkles are a result of loss of elasticity and the takeover of gravity. Wrinkles that come from jowls or crepey, sagging skin under the eyes are static.
