Booking & Consultations

We offer a free 30 minute consultation for most treatments. We take the time to understand your history, your medical history and your aesthetic goals. We carry out an assessment in a private and relaxed environment and develop an optimal program to help you achieve your goals. 

Consultations for Wrinkle Relaxing Injections and Dermal Fillers

A £30 consultation fee is required for a “face to face” consultation for wrinkle relaxing injections and dermal fillers.  This is due to the time, medical expertise & comprehensive assessment required for these types of treatments.  This fee can be paid over the phone, or online, and must be paid at the time of booking.

Test Patch Fee

A £30 test patch fee is required for laser-based treatments in order to block the necessary machine out for usage. These include ClearVein, SR, iPixel, Soprano ICE Platinum and tattoo removal.  The test patch fee can be paid at the time of booking or in clinic at the time of your appointment.

Consultation and test patch fees are redeemable against treatment but non-refundable nor transferable if an appointment is cancelled or re-arranged less 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Deposit for CoolTech

We require £100 deposit for every CoolTech treatment.  If you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.

“No Show” Fee

If you do not give us notice at least 48 hours before your appointment and fail to show up, you will incur a £50 fee during your next appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling can be made by telephone, email or in person.

Late Arrivals

We understand that some circumstances are not preventable.  However, as a courtesy to our other clients, if you are late for your appointment, the appointment will still end at the scheduled time. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in the need to reschedule your appointment due to the time required to carry out the treatment.  In this circumstance, refunds will not be issued.   Please contact us on 01628 302028 if you think you will be late for your appointment.


Our terms are full payment on the day of treatment. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. We do not accept cheques.

Where agreed, payments for certain treatments may be spread over a set period.  Please call us to discuss the terms and options.  


No refunds of any kind will be given on any treatments or any procedures undertaken.

Discounted courses are paid in full in advance and are non-refundable.

However, if you purchase a course of treatments (for example 6 sessions of Soprano laser hair removal) and decide you do not wish to complete the course, the balance may be used towards other treatments.  However, the balance cannot be used towards wrinkle relaxing injections, dermal fillers, Prophilo, Sunekos or medical services.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy 

Due to the high demand of advanced booking requirements, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If your appointment is part of a course of treatments, that appointment will be lost, and you would need to pay full price for any additional treatments necessary to complete your course.  If you do not rebook the missed appointment, this could affect your results.
