• Most people describe it as a very strange sensation, but not painful. During the treatment, you won’t have any control over the muscles being treated as they will be involuntarily stimulated by the HI-EMT pulse.
• The treatment starts with a stretch and a warm up, and then gradually builds up. This allows you to get used to the sensation. The end of the session finishes off with a cool down which helps with muscle recovery and prevents fatigue.
• There is no “downtime” or recovery required, but you will feel as if you had a good workout the following two days.

In order to achieve the best result, an initial course of 4-6 treatments over a 2 week period. Results can last up to a year if you maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. It is also recommended that you have single maintenance treatments every 3-6 months.

Most people feel a difference with each session, but the full results are visible within a month after your last treatment.

We will go through after care in more detrail during your initial consultation. But you will need to avoid exercising the area you treated for 24 hours after each treatment.

Most importantly, eat a healthy balanced diet, drink plenty of water and exercise at least 4 times a week after your course of treatments in order to maintain your results as long as possible.
